Leading Edge Updates: Two eaglets from PPL Batch 2020-04 successfully achieved their 1st Solo Flights fearlessly. On or about 0850H, 22-year-old SP Ian Joseph A. Catalbas was released for his first solo. He is from Zamboanga City and graduated from Ateneo De Zamboanga University with a BS degree in Management Accounting.
The other Soloist is from Antipolo City and a 23-year-old student. SP Raymund N. Dacua was released for his solo on or about 1100H. He is an alumnus of PATTS College of Aeronautics with a BS degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. SP Catalbas and SP Dacua were released by LEIAAI Senior Flight Instructor, Capt. Rufino Tejada using the aircraft C7845.
