The Supreme Ruler of the Universe and Master of the destinies of men was the principal author of the high value achievements of the latest flight training operations! First and foremost, the flight school’s pre-solo student pilots belonging to Batch “E” 2017, SP Jeffrey Obligar Gomez and SP Jameson Anthony Nadela Dimal performed quite outstandingly well on their respective solo checkrides which enabled them to be released for 1st Solo Flights by Senior Flight Instructors Capt Philmer Powao and Capt Vladimir Evangelista one after the other on or about 1000H and 1150H yesterday morning, August 11, 2017. Incidentally, the two (2) brand new 1st Soloists hurdled the highlight of a pilot’s career following the soloing of their batchmate, SP Jobby Santos the day before. Henceforth, with this significant accomplishment in attaining their 1st Solo Flights, both are now officially included in the elite short list of the young and daring eaglets authorized to venture in exploring and conquering the wide horizon as well as the clear blue skies of San Fernando Airport. La Union, where the Eagles’ Nest of the Leading Edge is located. Now, these young aviators will be further trained to prepare them to the next level of their quest for excellence, getting their Private Pilot’s License!
