First Solo Flight of Student Pilot Fritz Matthew Leonardo Oblefias

A very young and daring flightless eaglet of Batch Foxtrot 2018, Student Pilot Fritz Matthew Leonardo Oblefias, 21 years old, BSBA Export Management graduate of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and a native of Lucban, Quezon is the 1st Soloist for the day after more than two (2) weeks lull in soloing at our training hub. Aparrently, subject student successfully attained the most significant event of a pilot’s career this Wednesday morning on or about 0930H, October 17, 2018 on board Cessna 172M, RP-C7843 in just 12.6 flying hours courtesy of Senior FI, Capt RJ Tejada. Incidentally, SP Oblefias is just one of the few remaining members of the 24 strong Batch Foxtrot 2018 who have yet to make it as future Commercial Airline pilots. Thus, effective immediately, the brand new 1st Soloist may now plot a clear flight plan that would jumpstart his very lucrative future in his dream of a lifetime career in flying. In doing so, hard work, discipline, right attitude coupled with sheer guts are prerequisites to achieve a personal goal of becoming a true blue-blooded certified aviator.
Congratulations to the 1st Soloist for the day, SP Fritz Matthew Oblefias for officially making it to the elite short list of bonafide flyboys authorized to safely takeoff, explore and conquer the infinite vastness of the horizon and clear blue skies of San Fernando Airport, La Union. Kudos as well to the very proud and supportive parents for raising a very promising and talented son. Happy flying and have a Safe Flight always! Cheers & God bless!
