Student Pilot Edgar Powell Domingo Medel, a 26 year old graduate of BS HRM, Siena College from Taytay, Rizal was the 1st Soloist for today, on or about 0920H, February 21, 2018! Flying Cessna 172M RP-C2211, SP Medel, a member of Batch “India” 2017 successfully accomplished the highlight of a Pilot’s career by soloing within the minimum required flying time courtesy of Senior FI, Capt Vladimir Evangelista.
