Two (2) LEIAAI eaglets successfully achieved their 1st solo flights on July 17, 2020 under the sunny day in the City of San Fernando, La Union. The first soloist was SP Kate Alyssa R. Del Rosario from San Salvador, Lipa City. She graduated from De La Salle University Lipa with a BS degree in Accounting Technology. SP Del Rosario is 22 years old and was released for her first solo using RP-C7333 o/a 0845H by Capt. Antonino B. Salvosa, Vice President for Operations and Senior Flight Instructor.
The succeeding soloist is SP Rae Pauline Palor who was released using RP-C7530 o/a 1045H by Senior Flight Instructor & Safety Manager, Capt. Rets Moon D. Briones. SP Palor is a 22-year-old alumnus of PATTS College of Aeronautics with a degree program of BS Aeronautics. She is a resident of Parañaque City.
