It was a memorable day for three (3) LEIAAI Eaglet from PPL Batch 01-2020 for they successfully had their first solo flight on July 18, 2020. Student Pilot (SP) Edmer Cayle R. Trampe was released o/a 0900H by Senior Flight Instructor & Safety Manager, Capt. Rets Moon D. Briones. He used the aircraft RP-C7530 in flying. SP Trampe hails from Taytay Rizal. He is an alumnus of PATTS College of Aeronautics with a degree program of BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
The succeeding soloist is SP Noe Espenilla who also achieved his first solo flight using RP-C7834 after being released o/a 0908H by the LEIAAI Head of Training, Capt. Vladimir Evangelista. SP Espenilla is a resident of Cainta City and a graduate of BS Entrepreneurship from De La Salle University.
The last soloist for the day was SP Jennifer Marie Tumambing who was released using RP-C7102 o/a 1000H by Senior Flight Instructor, Capt. Ronaldo Nario. SP Tumambing is a 26-year-old alumnus of Ateneo De Manila University with a of BS degree in Legal Management. She is a resident of Parañaque City.
