In the morning of June 25, 2016, Student Pilot John Chester Valenzuela Bautista, 20 years old, with a total flying time of 15.2 Flying Hours, was released for 1st Solo Flight by Senior Flight Instructor Capt. Ryan Dionela.
The bespectacled S.P. Chester Bautista, who hails from San Pedro, Laguna is the 3rd member of the Lucky 7 Batch who achieved the most significant highlight of his early flying career after a week long dry spell in soloing.
Incidentally, the brand new 1st soloist who recently graduated last month with a B.S. in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, is a pride of PHILSCA, CJVAB just like his Flight Instructor, Capt Dionela.
