Flight operations at our hub was significantly affected by bad weather as a result of successive typhoons passing through Northern Luzon provinces. This phenomenon caused the inevitable suspension of flight training for more than a week. On a lighter side, good news is that at long last, the 4 Cessna 172 aircraft inside two (2) 40 foot container vans held for almost 3 weeks at Subic Bay from the US were finally cleared and released by BOC and transported to our maintenance hangar today. Likewise, the brand new high end Red Bird Flight Simulator full motion was finally certified by CAAP yesterday and thus, will further enhance IR training for our student pilots. With these latest developments, the school may now proceed with its thrust of improving flight training to attain the required standards in producing highly qualified certified aviation professionals.
