Just recently the past week, 3:00 pm, 09 May 2017, a historical event took place at the new PAF Hall of Flags located at the former Air Force Officers School, CJVAB, Pasay City with the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the PAF, represented by LTGEN EDGAR R FALLORINA AFP, Commanding General of the PAF and the president of the Leading Edge International Aviation Academy Inc., Col Manuel M Tronco Jr. PAF (Ret). Effective upon signing LEIAAI is now an affiliated Reserve Unit of the PAF-AFP, with the designation as Air Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group with two (2) Squadrons, a Photographic Recon Squadron and an Air Intelligence Squadron.
