Three LEIAAI Eaglets successfully completed their first solo flight on January 28, 2023, at Poro Point Freeport Zone in San Fernando City, La Union.
The first soloist is SP Lorenzo Miguel P. Abaya of Batch 2022-09. Head of Training and Senior Flight Instructor, Capt. Philmer M. Powao released our soloist on a Cessna 172 aircraft with tail no. RP-C7293 o/a 0840H. SP Abaya is 23 years old and resides in Quezon City. He is an alumnus of De La Salle University with a BA Degree in Political Science, Minor in Economics.
The succeeding soloist from 2022-10, is SP Raphael Enrico L. Barcebal. Chief Flight Instructor, Capt. Ronald P. Nario released our soloist on a Cessna 172 aircraft with tail no. RP-C9459 o/a 0920H. SP Barcebal is 23 years old and resides in Bacoor, Cavite. He is an alumnus of De La Salle University – Dasmariñas with a BS Degree in Business Administration Major in Operations Management.
The last soloist from Batch 2022-10 is SP Leur Alianne Keithrick C. Plando. Senior Flight Instructor Capt. Jose Carlos C. Asuncion, released our soloist on a Cessna 172 aircraft with tail no. RP-C7730 o/a 0940H. SP Plando is 24 years old and resides in Cotabato City. He is an alumnus of Ateneo de Davao University with a BS Degree in Entrepreneurship.
