Today, a Wednesday, November 14, 2018, on an amazingly crystal clear blue skies, two (2) young and daring flightless eaglets from two (2) different batches soared the high heavens and achieved the most significant event in their early flying careers, “1st Solo Flight.” First to be released for 1st solo flight is 29 year old Student Pilot Dennis Adrianna San Jose Gregana and considered the last soloist of the 18 strong Batch Foxtrot 2018 having reported late at SFLU. Subject student who’s a resident of Multinational Village, Parañaque City and a product of PATTS College of Aeronautics was released by Capt JC Asuncion on or about 0930H flying RP-C6923. More than an hour later on or about 1115H, flying RP-C7843, Capt RJ Tejada released SP Jim Henry Alavar Alfaro, a 28 year old Zamboangueño, currently residing at Better Living, Parañaque City and a graduate of Ateneo De Zamboanga University, BS Nursing. Apparently, SP Jim Alfaro is the 1st Soloist of the newly reported members of the 19 strong Batch Hotel 2018 this November.
Once again, congratulations Dennis & Jim for the once in a lifetime feat, the unforgettable “1st Solo Flight”!
