Flying time of 116.12 hours which almost broke the school’s highest flight time in one (1) day

For four (4) consecutive days, the weather condition at SFLU have tremendously improved for the better as the radiance of a crystal clear blue skies welcomed the 1st period flight training this bright Thursday morning of July 26, 2018. It was also today’s logged flying time of 116.12 hours which almost broke the school’s highest flight time in one (1) day of 116.48 hours recorded last July 6, 2018. Likewise, CAAP flight examiner, Col Dodge Tauro PAF (Ret) was assigned with the most number of student pilots, total of 15 all in all, scheduled for check-rides starting today. Prominent of those who were checked late in the afternoon flying RP-C7857 are two (2) CPL student pilots, the charming SP Ellen May Hipolito Zuñiga, 21 year old lass of Antipolo Rizal and SP Eungyu Henry Hwang alias Shin Dong Pa of Seoul, South Korea. Both students impressed the designated checker with their display of inherent skills and outstanding performance which were factors for the duo passing the check with flying colors. Thus, effective immediately, the newly checked-out CPL student pilots may now plot a flight plan with the point of destination to a very bright future. Likewise, they would need to solemnly adhere in personally practicing the culture of discipline, hard work, perseverance, courtesy, integrity and professionalism expected in the most glamorous and very rewarding career in the aviation industry.
