She did it! June 19, 2021, a Bulaqueña dauntlessly conquered the vibrant skies for her first solo flight in San Fernando City, La Union. She is no other than the 24-year-old soloist, SP Manuela Ira Valmadrid from San Ildefenso, Bulacan. SP Manuela is an alumna of Far Eastern University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. She was released by Senior Flight Instructor, Capt. Roy Paolo Matias o/a 0910H using RP-C7843.
